We want your order under the tree on time.

All of our products are held locally and dispatched quickly, but Christmas is the busiest time of year for Australia Post, so there are cut-off dates to keep in mind.

How our shipping works

• All products listed as In Stock are ready to ship from our Melbourne warehouse (VIC).

• Orders are fulfilled on the next business day after you place your order (orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday are packed on Monday).

• All orders are shipped with Australia Post using your chosen method at checkout (Parcel Post / Express Post).

The dates below are based on Australia Post’s 2025 Christmas lodgement dates for parcels sent from Melbourne, with one extra day allowed for warehouse fulfilment.

Australia – Parcel Post (Standard shipping)

These dates apply to metro areas in each state. If you’re outside a metro area, see the “Regional & remote” note further down.

Order by these dates for the best chance of Christmas delivery via Parcel Post:

• VIC metro (shipping from Melbourne)

  • Order by Monday 22 December

• NSW / ACT / QLD / SA / TAS metro

  • Order by Thursday 18 December

• WA metro

  • Order by Wednesday 17 December

• NT metro

  • Order by Monday 15 December

These dates are recommendations only and rely on Australia Post meeting their published Christmas timeframes. We’ll always dispatch on time from our side.

Australia – Express Post

Express Post is usually faster and has slightly later cut-offs.

For Australian metro areas, we recommend:

• Express Post – all states (metro):

  • Order by Monday 22 December

If you’re ordering after the Parcel Post dates above, Express Post will give you the best chance of pre-Christmas delivery, especially for WA, NT and regional locations.

New Zealand

We also ship to New Zealand with Australia Post.

Recommended order-by dates for Christmas 2025:

• Standard / Parcel Post:

  • Order by Monday 8 December

• Express Post:

  • Order by Monday 15 December

As always, we’ll dispatch on the next business day and hand over to Australia Post for international delivery.

Regional & remote areas

Australia Post’s published Christmas dates are for metro locations.

If you live in a regional or remote area (including regional WA, NT and far-regional QLD/SA), we recommend:

• Ordering several business days earlier than the metro dates above; and/or

• Choosing Express Post at checkout if you’re close to the cut-off.

This gives extra buffer for the longer transit times to regional and remote addresses.

A few important notes

• These are guidelines, not guarantees. Once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post, delays caused by weather, network congestion or other issues are outside our control.

• We’ll always ship on time from our Melbourne warehouse based on the rules above (next business-day fulfilment).

• Orders placed after the dates listed will still be shipped promptly – there’s just an increased chance they may arrive after Christmas.
