All TrailSurvivor products are shipped from our Warehouse in Melbourne.

Free Standard Shipping is automatically applied to orders over $60. For all other orders the shipping rates are as follows:

• Auspost Standard Service: $8.95
• Auspost Express Service: $14.95

Shipping Policies

All orders are shipped using Australia Post. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email from Australia Post providing tracking details whereby you can track your order easily and in a timely manner. 

All orders are processed in Australian Dollars.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

All orders are dispatched by 12pm on the following business day.

You will receive an email confirming your order once payment has been approved and another email with your tracking information once your order has been processed and dispatched (weekdays only).
